Rule 32
Suspension of Member

(1) The chairman may designate the name of the member who disregards the chairman's seat or who knowingly and repeatedly obstructs the work of the meeting, behaves indecently or knowingly violates or disregards the constitution or these rules. If a motion is submitted by a member to be suspended, the chairman shall present the motion to the meeting immediately for decision and no amendment or adjournment motion shall be discussed on the motion. The member will not be allowed to attend the assembly and committee meetings for a maximum of fifteen days thereafter. (4) A member who has been suspended as per sub-rule (3) shall leave the meeting room immediately. (6) If a member is suspended or if such suspension is lifted in accordance with this rule, the secretary shall notify the relevant committee and the parliamentary party. (7) The resolution, which has been given prior notice by the suspended member in accordance with sub-rule (3) and rule 33, remains suspended. If it has to be presented in the meeting, the chairman can authorize any other member to present the proposal.
